120-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind every lock we sell. If your lock has any defects or doesn't fit your vehicle properly, you have a full 120 days to return it. (Fitment issues are eligible, but customer return shipping applies.)
1. Eligibility
You have 120 days from delivery to request a refund or replacement for:
- Faulty lock
- Jammed lock mechanism
- Key not working
- Cable defect
- Fitment issues excluding cars incompatible in our FAQ
- Damaged on arrival
- Lost in transit (verified by courier tracking)
- Wrong item received
Not eligible:
- Fitment issues for vehicles listed as incompatible in our FAQ (including Toyota LandCruiser 300 Series and Toyota LandCruiser Prado Series)
- Misuse
- Intentional damage
- Lost keys
- Change-of-mind returns
- Items lost in transit during customer return shipment
2. Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- Light surface marks from test-fit are acceptable
- Original packaging must be included
- All components must be returned (keys, lock head, cable, sleeve, etc.)
Items missing components or packaging may be rejected.
3. Return Shipping
Customer pays return shipping for:
- Fitment issues
We cover return shipping for:
- Defective products
- Wrong item received
- Damaged on arrival
Note: We are not responsible for items lost in transit during customer return shipment. We recommend using tracked shipping.
4. Return Process
- Email support@getlockd.com.au with:
- Order number
- Name
- Clear photos of the issue
- We respond within 24 hours and provide return instructions and address after approval
5. Refund or Replacement
For defective products, you choose:
- Replacement: We send a new unit with free shipping (ships within 48 hours), or
- Full refund: Processed within 24–48 hours after we receive the returned item
Lost in transit during original delivery: We will send a replacement at no charge.
6. Return Address
All approved returns must be shipped to our Melbourne warehouse. The full return address is provided after your return is approved.
7. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse returns if misuse, false claims, or fraudulent activity is suspected, including but not limited to altered photos, incorrect descriptions, or inconsistent evidence.
8. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated at any time. We reserve the right to modify terms as needed. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
